National Hero Day – October 8th
October 8th is a day to honor those we look up to and who might inspire us to be the best version of ourselves that we can be.
To be a Hero doesn’t mean you must have supernatural powers, but rather qualities that genuinely drive you to be stronger, wiser, kinder and more than the “average” human being.

Our Heroes may be a parent, a first responder, or even your Boss! Take a moment today to recognize your Hero – and if your Hero is you, pat yourself on the back, because you’re doing a great job! You can also try a few of these suggestions:
-Donate blood
-Volunteer
-Organize a fundraiser, or donate to Charity
-Offer help to a friend or family member who might be going through a tough time
